Project Overview
The main objective in developing this banking app was to create a user experience (UX) that is intuitive, secure, and efficient. In a competitive market with a demanding audience, the solution needed to meet the expectations of modern users by providing advanced features and a user-friendly interface. Market Analysis
We began with a detailed analysis of the financial market and existing banking apps. We identified key trends, such as the growing demand for mobile banking features, enhanced security, and integration with additional financial services. Apps like Nubank, Banco Inter, and Bradesco were analyzed to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
User Research
We conducted interviews and surveys with users to understand their needs, expectations, and frustrations. Through focus groups and questionnaires, we collected data that allowed us to create detailed personas and user journeys. Important insights included the need for simplicity in navigation, clear customer support options, and fast, secure transactions.
